2. Healthcare Services
One Medical Australia provides telehealth services that connect patients with healthcare professionals. Our platform facilitates virtual consultations, but we do not directly provide medical care. The healthcare professionals on our platform are independent providers who are responsible for the medical advice and treatment they provide.
Our Services are not intended to replace in-person medical care. In case of emergency, please call 000 or go to your nearest emergency department.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.

We offer transparent pricing for all our telehealth consultations. We do not offer complementary telehealth services. Payment is required at the time of consultation, and our current fee schedule can be found on our Fees & Pricing page.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-shows for scheduled appointments are not eligible for refunds
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by One Medical Australia or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Medical Australia and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
